The Salvadoran Canadian Association (ASALCA) invites members and supporters to its annual dinner celebration DIASPORA 2011.

Every year the celebration of the Salvadoran diaspora in Toronto is organized by ASALCA in order to recognize the contributions our community makes to enrich Canadian multicultural tradition and also to support sustainable development in El Salvador.

Responding to the state of emergency and the call to support those affected by the floods that recently devastated most of El Salvador’s agricultural production, all the proceeds from this fundraiser will contribute to SalvAide's campaign to raise $100,000 for flood relief and reconstruction through our Salvadoran partners, CRIPDES and CORDES.

The $50.00 ticket includes admission to the party, dinner, participation in a raffle that includes a return flight to El Salvador, and other prizes. A $25.00 charitable tax receipt will be made available upon request. Entertainment will be provided by Havana Express, Dani and the Groove Gurus, and others.

To reserve tickets and for information contact 416-577-6426.
