Thanks to a long-time anonymous donor's 100% matching donation, SalvAide raised more than $73,000 as part of its Fall 2012 Matching Donation Campaign.

We are grateful to all the donors across the country who responded to our call and who took advantage of our amazing anonymous donor's generous offer of doubling all contributions made between 25 October 2012 and 31 January 2013.

The funds raised will support a variety of initiatives in El Salvador - including our youth leaderhsip training & scholarships program, our community micro-credit projects, and community education initiatives - as well as bolster SalvAide's organizational strength as we continue to accompany Salvadorans in their struggle toward a more just and prosperous society.

Again, we sincerely thank all our committed supporters and, of course, our incredible anonymous donor for their dedication to SalvAide, Canada-El Salvador solidarity, and social justice writ large.
